DeletePII offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for eligible business customers. The DPA covers document redaction processing, Vault storage, secure-link delivery, subprocessor disclosures, and applicable data handling terms.
Request a DPA
To request a DPA, contact our support team with the following information:
- Your company name and account email
- Your jurisdiction and applicable regulatory framework (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
- Your procurement or legal contact
- Whether you require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA workflows
What the DPA covers
- Scope of data processing by DeletePII on your behalf
- Categories of personal data processed
- Subprocessor list and notification obligations
- Data subject rights and deletion procedures
- Security measures and incident notification
- International data transfer terms where applicable
