Subprocessors
This page lists third-party services that may process data as part of a DeletePII deployment. The services used depend on which features you enable. Where a subprocessor is optional, it can be disabled or avoided by not using the corresponding feature.

OpenAI
OptionalDisabled by default. Can be permanently disabled for compliance-sensitive deployments. No full documents are sent — only selected text excerpts.
Backblaze B2
RequiredRequired for Vault storage. Files are encrypted at rest. US-based storage region.
Resend
OptionalOnly used when secure-link email delivery is triggered. Document content is not included in email payloads.
